To reach national scale, Raj needs to spend his time on strategy and execution, not admin and logistics. Your job is to run his operation flawlessly so nothing slips and he's always prepared.We invest heavily in development, care deeply about our people, and will support you when needed. BUT you must be comfortable with pressure and prepared to work 60+ hours a week.🎯 Goal expectationsThe goal: Make Raj more effective, and act as a force multiplier for the company.
