About PointOnePointOne is reinventing how law firms operate. Our AI‑powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We’re a venture‑backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys. We are looking for true builders and innovators.What you’ll doDrive the success of strategic customer accounts, directly partnering with and executing alongside law firm leadership.Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.Regularly connect with and visit customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval‑augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture.The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise.
