If this sounds exciting to you, let’s chat!</p> <h3>SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER</h3> <p>What experience should you have:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years proven history of managing projects in a consulting environment.</li> <li>5+ years of experience managing data, cloud and/or AI projects.</li> <li>Successfully managed the delivery of projects, budgets, and timelines.</li> <li>Expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques (Agile delivery,JIRA, etc.).</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience managing project teams with >5 team members.</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>What you’ll be doing in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Support the alignment to scope, deliverables, and adherence to agreed-upon timelines to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals. </li> <li>Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations. </li> <li>Actively participate in business development activities, including client pitches, and creating project plans. </li> <li>Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent digital strategy /data activation projects using cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.</li> <li>Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team.</li> <li>Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.</li> </ul> <p>What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure successful delivery of client projects that meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.</li> <li>Strengthen client trust and contribute to revenue growth through business development and account expansion.</li> <li>Build team strength and operational maturity through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and improved processes.</li> </ul> <p>Our <a href="https://www.gofurther.com/resources/total-rewards">total rewards program</a> is designed for your protection, peace of mind, and overall well-being.
