Sales Development Rep - FleetWhat You’ll Be Doing at Piston Technologies:Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, email outreach, and strategic callingQualify leads by uncovering pain points, gathering critical data, and assessing readiness to move forwardWork closely with the sales team to book discovery calls, product demos, and follow-upsMaintain a high volume of daily outreach activity while keeping messaging thoughtful and targetedCollect and maintain accurate data in our CRM to support a healthy pipeline and informed follow-upsMeet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities createdWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience in a sales development, customer-facing, or high-output roleEagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact — we love self-startersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational habits and a willingness to own your daily scheduleA team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentWhat we hope you have:Summer sales or equivalent experience in a sales roleConsistent history of exceeding quotas in previous rolesStrong prospecting skills and expertise in managing the entire sales cycle
