Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Sector)
Location: San Isidro, Lima (On-site - Av. Juan de Arona)
Experience Level: Entry Level / Hyper Junior
Language Requirement: Advanced English (9.0 - 10.0 / Full Fluency)
Role Summary:
• Serve as the first line of support for an innovative digital health solution in the U.S. market.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels: incoming calls, emails, web forms, and chat.
• Handle and de-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers empathetically, offering effective solutions and escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system and collaborate with the team to enhance service standards.
• Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive consumer information in compliance with international regulations.
Candidate Profile (Skills and Requirements):
• Education: Completed university or technical studies.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service roles, preferably in healthcare sector.
• Language Skills: Exceptional command of English and Spanish (written and spoken) with the ability to hold fluent and technical conversations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, web navigation, and typing speed.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and empathy to manage sensitive situations.
• Others: Willingness to complete background checks (educational, work, and criminal).
Offer Details:
• Monthly Salary: S/. 3,200 soles.
• Work Schedule: Full time.
• Operational Hours: Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotating non-consecutive rest days.
• Time Window: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST (subject to client requirements or daylight saving changes).
• Special Availability: Operation runs 24/7/365, work includes Peruvian and U.S. holidays.
• Modality: 100% on-site at offices in San Isidro.
