This position is an integral leader of the guest experience, leveraging data, self-awareness, self-efficacy, and safety to deliver guided sessions. Combining spaces and environments to imbue feelings of safety and ease; domain expertise to interpret objective data and craft a personalized wellness plan; and health coaching to communicate this information in an empowering, affirming manner.
