our Impact We are looking for an IT Finance Engineer to join the Core Finance Squad team in IT . Your mission will be to help evolve our information system across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, implementing best-in-class solutions and tools to business teams. You will help our teams support the healthcare professionals who use Doctolib every day, as well as the millions of Europeans who visit our sites every month, offering them an outstanding user experience. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. What you'll build Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support and operate key Finance systems (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Pivot, Spendesk, SAP Concur, Egencia) to ensure platform stability and handle Level 2 3 incidents via the Finance Jira Helpdesk Configure SAP S/4HANA and workflows in Pivot/Concur/Egencia to support Finance teams, including user administration and access management while maintaining security best practices Develop functional implementations in SAP following team standards and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite and Boomi for P2P processes Monitor and troubleshoot integrations across the finance landscape, investigating interface issues and collaborating with stakeholders to restore service quickly and safely Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting runbooks in Confluence, breaking down work into well-scoped items to keep delivery predictable Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders across Accounting (GL, P2P, AR), Procurement, Travel Expenses, Corporate Finance, Treasury, FPA, Internal Control, and Internal Audit to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks What you'll bring Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply. You'll be a great fit if you: You have up to 2 years of experience in IT/engineering, business applications (ERP), integrations, or a related field (internships and apprenticeships are welcome) You have interest in (or first exposure to) SAP S/4HANA Finance and curiosity to learn SAP Concur, Egencia, SAP Integration Suite, and Pivot You have a basic understanding (or strong curiosity) for finance processes such as P2P, O2C, GL, and expenses You are comfortable operating in a production environment with clear communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm during incidents You care about quality and reliability, building sustainable solutions with clean configuration, sensible naming, clear documentation, and a mindset of preventing recurring issues It would be fantastic if you: You have experience with SAP Integration Suite, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms You are familiar with ITIL or incident management frameworks You are fluent in written and spoken English Life at Doctolib Tech Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to country and healthcare specialty requirements.
