As a Staff Engineer in this stream, your work will directly shape the interfaces and systems used by millions of patients every day . With a strong frontend expertise, you will shape the technical vision of our patient-facing products, ensure architectural excellence, and have a lasting impact on the way we build and evolve our platform at scale. In a stream where organic search and discoverability are key growth levers, you will also be a champion of web performance and search visibility , ensuring our patient-facing surfaces excel on Core Web Vitals, SEO, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices. You will work in close partnership with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver high-impact projects that simplify and improve how patients access healthcare. 🔧 What You Will Do Technical Leadership Define and drive the frontend technical strategy for the Healthcare Access stream, ensuring architectural decisions align with Doctolib's product and engineering vision Lead technical discoveries, architect complex systems, and build consensus on technical direction across engineering, product, and leadership teams Identify and introduce new frontend technologies, frameworks, and methodologies when relevant Engineering Excellence Be deeply hands-on : write code, lead technical design, and solve hard engineering problems alongside your teammates Demonstrate deep expertise in React and the broader frontend ecosystem (TypeScript, performance optimization, accessibility, design systems...)
