About the Role CaptivateIQ is building AI capabilities that will transform how enterprises manage sales performance. We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Agentic SDK team, an internal developer platform that enables product teams across the company to build AI-powered features. This is a foundational role on a small, high-impact team. You'll work across the full stack, from React/TypeScript frontends to Python backends, while integrating LLM orchestration and MCP (Model Context Protocol) systems. You'll ship features end-to-end, partnering closely with product teams to deliver AI capabilities that directly impact our customers. As one of five engineers pioneering AI at CaptivateIQ, you'll have outsized ownership and influence. You'll tackle ambiguous problems, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish the patterns that future teams will follow. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape how AI gets built at a growing enterprise software company.
