**Talent Acquisition Specialist in Telecommunications Sector ** Salary: 1550 - 2000 USD **Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - EST ** REMOTE Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Recruiter to source, screen, and place top-tier telecom talent, including field technicians, fiber specialists, and network professionals. This role is critical in supporting rapid client growth and nationwide project demands. The ideal candidate understands the telecom landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong ability to identify and engage skilled technical talent. **Required Qualifications ** -English C1 -3+ years of recruiting experience (telecom, construction, or technical recruiting strongly preferred) -Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms -Fiber buildouts (OSP/ISP) -Broadband or wireless infrastructure projects Responsibilities: 1. Source and recruit telecom professionals, including: -Fiber Technicians (FTTH, FTTP) -Cable Technicians (Coax, DOCSIS) -Fiber Splicers & Linemen or Network Engineers -Construction Crews & Project Managers Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry groups, referrals, job boards) -Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical assessments -Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified telecom candidates nationwide Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients -Manage candidate experience from outreach through placement -Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems -Stay current on telecom industry trends, certifications, and workforce needs #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
