Merchant Operations Coordinator, EMEA Central Operations, Retail Department: Operations Team: Regional Operations Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Type: Fixed Term **About the Role** The EMEA Grocery & Retail business is rapidly growing, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us in supercharging this growth. Our EMEA Grocery & Retail Central Operations team is dedicated to driving growth and operational excellence across 11+ emerging EMEA markets, ensuring the best possible experiences for customers, merchants and delivery partners. As a Merchant Operations Coordinator, you will be a key enablement partner for our Commercial and Account Management teams. Reporting into EMEA Merchant Operations, your overarching goal will be to drive merchant quality and success by streamlining the operational and analytical burden on our Account Management (AM) and Commercial teams across the EMEA region. Your focus will be enabling our merchants and AM teams with the right data, tools, and collateral they need to drive merchant operational excellence, success, and growth on our platform. You will work at two speeds: diving deep into specific merchant or country-level challenges to solve immediate and high impact needs, and then scaling those wins across the entire EMEA region. **What You'll Do** - Enablement and Tooling: Partner with Account Managers to build the end-to-end frameworks, trackers, and collateral required for structured and effective merchant account management. You will automate manual workflows and prepare the data-driven narratives needed for strategic account planning and Joint Business Plans, ensuring AM teams are equipped to drive high-level partner outcomes and success. - Performance Insights & Quality Monitoring: Synthesize merchant-level data (e.g. reliability, accuracy, and growth trends) into insights to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities. You will monitor core metrics to maintain a high-quality customer experience and provide the analytical depth required for AMs and Ops teams to address operational gaps effectively. - Merchant Growth & Issue Resolution: Support the expansion of our
