Senior Product Operations Manager, Uber Courier Department: Product Team: Product Operations Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we build the right products to move our business forward globally. Product Operations partners closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to surface insights, prioritize opportunities, test solutions, and drive successful product launches and iterations at scale. **What the Candidate Will Do:** **Strategy** - Surface, synthesize, and advocate for key business and operational insights to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions - Advise product teams on global feasibility, scalability, and operational readiness throughout the product lifecycle - Lead and influence a community of senior, cross-functional stakeholders to drive meaningful and measurable business impact #### **Collaboration** - Align cross-functional partners on shared objectives, priorities, and success metrics for the product - Partner closely with Legal, Tax, Policy, Support, and other functions to ensure products are launch-ready and aligned with business goals - Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent communication with stakeholders across the organization #### **Operations** - Define and evolve operating structures, workflows, and processes to support product strategy as an individual contributor on a high-impact Product Operations team - Own end-to-end product testing, launch, and rollout plans, and project-manage execution across regions - Define and track core business and operational metrics, and actively manage product performance post-launch - Identify key issues, risks, and regional impacts following launch, and partner with teams to drive resolution and iteration **Basic Qualifications:** - Demonstrated ability to use AI to optimize workflows - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - Strong analytical background with hands-on SQL proficiency - Proven cross-functional collaboration and project ma
