We are looking for an Associate Operations Manager, to ensure success of the freelance experts supply and manage processes across several geographies to meet program requirements and deepen freelancer engagements. This role will need to ensure freelance experts’ utilization, work with x-fn stakeholders to unlock different skillset and task types for freelance experts, optimize onboarding & freelance experts lifecycle, partnering with Program Management teams and Product teams to build, operationalize, and improve efficiency of the marketplace. This role will work closely with both local and regional teams across regions and support the strategy and execution of how Uber AI Solutions attracts, acquires, and develops skilled gig workers at scale through technology, automation, and process optimization. **What the Candidate Will Do** 1.
