As the Senior VC Partnerships Manager - EMEA you’ll be responsible for the successful implementation of our strategic partnerships with Venture Capital Firms, Accelerators, and Startup Ecosystem partners across the EMEA region. This role will be based in London, but candidates in other major startup hubs will be considered. It is focused on growing our partnerships in the region and increasing adoption of Deel among the highest potential startups across the portfolios and communities of our partners. This is a quota-carrying position, meaning you’ll be directly responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and the founder community. The successful candidate will have experience managing external business relationships and driving cross-functional internal teams, be comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a fast-paced environment, and be able to put structure to nebulous, unstructured problems.
