Associate Data Analyst

Because creating a better, brighter future for the next generation depends on it. We are looking for an Associate Data Analyst to join our Marketing Science team as a college grad hire. This role sits within Marketing Science and spans all four marketing verticals: growth marketing, CRM, registration, and website. You won’t be siloed in one area. You’ll work across the full acquisition and engagement funnel, supporting different teams as business needs shift. Registration and web data cut across all of these, so you’ll develop broad fluency quickly. This is a role for someone who is intellectually curious, hungry to learn, and ready to take real ownership from day one. We’re not looking for someone who waits for a ticket to land in their queue, we want someone who sees a gap, asks the right question, and drives it to an answer. You will be embedded in a senior team that will invest in your development, but you are expected to bring energy, initiative, and a willingness to go deep. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing Science.
