The Role Voltus is seeking a talented and driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our commercial operations, with a focus on enterprise and commercial sales. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent who share our passion for accelerating the energy transition. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, a strong network in the energy sector, and firsthand familiarity with distributed energy resources (DERs) and the commercial landscape in which they operate. Location Voltus is a fully remote company. Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
