Where we work While Owner is a remote-first company, for this role we are prioritizing SF Bay Area candidates who can work out of our lovely office in the Presidio at least twice a week. 🔍 Why we’re looking for you Owner is building the self-driving, AI-powered platform for profitable growth for small businesses. A crucial element of this growth engine is attracting new consumer demand for our restaurant customers through SEO and AEO/GEO. Owner’s acquisition engine first identifies what makes a given restaurant unique, evaluates local demand for its offerings, and assesses the most relevant competition to determine the best strategy for promoting that restaurant. Then, the platform automatically generates relevant website pages and content, monitors results over time, and evolves its strategy as it gets more data. We’re looking for a growth-minded, results-oriented PM to lead work on evolving and further scaling this system in partnership with our talented local SEO experts, product analysts, and engineers. 💥 The impact you will have - Develop the roadmap for Owner’s traffic acquisition engine, balancing big strategic bets and optimization-focused experimentation - Increase traffic to Owner customers’ websites from Google, ChatGPT, and other consumer discovery products - Lead the evolution of Owner’s traffic acquisition strategy for the AI era, as consumers incorporate products beyond Google search into their restaurant discovery process - Use AI to hone and scale how Owner determines the optimal traffic growth strategy for tens of thousands of independent restaurants - Deliver results for customers that help Owner.com http://Owner.com become the most loved brand in restaurant software 🤝 Who you’ll work with - You’ll join forces with our local SEO experts on how to determine the best traffic acquisition strategy for each restaurant customer - You’ll partner with Engineering to build the software needed to scale our acquisition engine to tens of thousands of restaurant customers - You’ll collaborate with Product Analytics to identify and size opportunities, define KPIs, and understand impact - You’ll work with our customer-facing Launch, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure we have the right inputs to understand what makes each customer restaurant unique - You’ll work with our go-to-market t ...
