The Impact You Will Drive We are looking for a Chief of Staff, GTM & Business Operations to act as a force multiplier for the CEO and help scale Onehouse through its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that blends: Go-to-market execution and operations, CEO-level strategic and operational support, External-facing leadership with customers and partners and General business operations and problem-solving. You will operate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership—owning day-to-day execution where needed and driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across the business. This role is ideal for a senior operator who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants broad exposure to how a Series B company is built and scaled. Please note this is an in person role, 4 days a week at our company headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA.
