Job Description As a Staff Solutions Engineer at Onehouse, you will operate as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor to our most strategic customers. You’ll go beyond implementation to drive architectural decisions, influence product strategy, and mentor both customers and internal teams. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market. You’ll be a visible face of Onehouse in the modern data community and play a key role in shaping how companies build their next-generation data lakehouses. You will establish trust in the organization to build and scale the team during our next phase of company growth.
