Strategic Operations Associates are responsible for developing strategies, such as how we balance our marketplace, target and deploy earner promotions, manage local markets, and identify and solve operational weaknesses. They balance improving or innovating new processes with setting and delivering on goals to meet business needs. **What You’ll Do:** - **Strategic Ownership:** Help develop, lead, and implement strategy to achieve business priorities - **Business Influence:** Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help figure out strategy and action plans.
