Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states. OpenLoop is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, proactively source diverse talent, and champion of the candidate experience to build a world class team. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Support full-cycle recruiting across technical and non technical roles - Conduct initial candidate screens and assess role alignment - Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and creative outbound strategies - Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience - Maintain organized, accurate pipelines and workflows in Ashby - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities - Help improve recruiting processes and workflows as we scale - Track pipeline metrics and support weekly hiring targets WHO YOU ARE: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) - Proven success in recruiting for high-volume roles or making high volume cold calls. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Comfortable conducting phone/video screens independently - Professional presence when hosting candidates and new hire onsite - Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. - Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving startup environment - Curious mindset and strong desire to grow within Talent - Experience with an ATS or CRM system OUR BENEFITS In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for: - Medical, Dental, and Vision plans - Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts - Flexible PTO - 401(k) + Company Match - Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more OUR COMPANY We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop.
