WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Blueberry Pediatrics is growing fast — and this PM role is at the center of that growth. You will own the platform systems that allow health plans and employers to launch with us seamlessly, that keep families coming back every time a care need arises, and that give our internal teams the data and tools they need to move without bottlenecks. This is not a coordination role. You will draft code (using Claude, etc), ship agents, build dashboards, and push pull requests alongside engineers. You will use AI as your unfair advantage and set the standard for what a modern, high-output PM looks like. At a glance: what you’ll own • B2B onboarding & partner launch systems (Medicaid plans, employers) • Self-serve configuration tooling so partners go live without engineering sprints • Family activation & engagement — driving 100% NRR across our B2B book • Internal tooling, bug triage, and self-serve data & reporting for stakeholders • AI agents and automation that 10x your output and the team’s velocity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SCALE B2B PARTNER ONBOARDING - Build self-serve onboarding and configuration tooling so Medicaid plans and employers can launch without dedicated engineering sprints. - Translate partner-specific requirements (eligibility logic, benefit structures, branding) into scalable, ops-managed platform features. - Collaborate closely with BD and account management to feed partner feedback directly into the roadmap. DRIVE FAMILY ACTIVATION & 100% NRR - Own the product levers that turn enrolled members into active Blueberry families — registration, onboarding, and ongoing re-engagement. - Build lifecycle touchpoints (notifications, reminders, re-engagement flows) that keep Blueberry relevant when care needs arise. - Track activation rate, visit frequency, and churn signals; use them to directly inform prioritization. UNBLOCK THE BUSINESS WITH DATA & TOOLING - Build dashboards and reporting pipelines that let customer success, clinical ops, and leadership self-serve their analytics needs. - Triage and resolve internal tooling requests and bugs quickly — be a responsive partner who keeps the business moving. - Spot recurring internal pain points and proactively build systems that eliminate them. SHIP WITH AI — NOT AROUND IT - Build AI agents and workflow automations that remove manual work from onboarding, reporting, partner config, and monitoring. - Write and ship code directly: create PRs, push to staging, and collaborate at the code level. - Prototype faster using AI-assisted development.
