Marketing Associate Mobility, Uber - France Department: Marketing Team: Local Marketing Location: Paris, France Type: Full-Time We're looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to plan and implement world-class marketing campaigns on paid and owned channels that build brand impact and drive growth for Uber in France. In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners and our agency partners to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns that fuel consumer demand, engagement and drive brand strength. About the job: - Plan and implement world-class full-funnel campaigns and activations, on both paid and owned channels, working closely with cross-functional teams on both strategic planning and execution - Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver dedicated marketing strategies, campaigns or activations against them - Draft or review all owned channels communications for our audiences and support local initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Maintain the relationship with agency partners for the development and execution of outstanding work - Develop a deep understanding of regional priorities (business targets, P&L priorities, segmentation, priority markets) to be thought partners with regional Ops, Policy, and Comms teams - Have a deep understanding of consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making - Engage in stakeholder management across the organization - locally and globally with cross-functional teams, including local operations, product, support, policy, and PR teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and are flawlessly executed About you: - 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in
