**About the Role**
This is a high‑impact role at the heart of Uber’s low‑cost transportation strategy in EMEA. You will join the regional program team overseeing both Moto and the broader Low Cost portfolio, with a mandate to define, test, and scale the operational strategy for this high‑priority category.
You will strengthen our 2‑wheel supply position across both Mobility and Delivery by enabling cross‑dispatch between Uber Eats and Uber Moto. Cross‑dispatch creates an asymmetric advantage for Uber, makes the business more resilient, and unlocks more earning opportunities for couriers and drivers.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will drive Moto and low‑cost performance across EMEA, from new market launches to scaling and optimizing existing markets.
**What You’ll Do**
1\. Lead geo‑expansion and market launches for Moto & Low Cost
2\. Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities (new cities and new countries) in partnership with regional teams.
3\. Own the playbook for launches, providing functional expertise, best practices, and hands‑on support to ensure high‑quality go‑lives.
4\. Leverage the global stakeholder network to proactively remove launch and scaling roadblocks.
5\. Deeply understand 2‑wheel and low‑cost earners, their needs, economics, and behaviors.
6\. Define strategies that drive earner acquisition, engagement, and retention while safeguarding marketplace health and unit economics.
7\. Lead cross‑functional initiatives
8\. Partner with Product, Engineering, Regional Ops, Policy, and Safety to design scalable solutions that improve earner experience and platform reliability.
9\. Influence functional roadmaps by clearly articulating problems, quantifying impact, and championing EMEA needs.
10\. Ensure smooth execution of cross‑functional projects, from problem definition through rollout and performance tracking.
