The outcome will be measurable (growing trips and revenues, improving marketplace reliability, growing supply) and will be directly impacted by your daily actions. You will help support decision-making within your team through your critical thinking, strategic behavior, and data-driven approach. The Operations Manager role will need to develop robust and streamlined processes, work on delivering tech and product launches, ensure marketplace health, and attract, convert, engage, and retain riders and partners facing a multitude of complex needs and bottlenecks.
