Our new internal recruiting team will scale and support our internal TA program globally by improving our employee recruiting experience, committing to coaching, advocacy, and accessibility to roles and hiring managers, and enabling skill transfers and bridges to other parts of the business which will dramatically improve cross-functional department moves overall! As a member of this team, you will further your understanding of Uber's talent needs and find, engage, and guide employees through the hiring process. You will be the go-to person for advising hiring teams and owning the internal recruitment strategy to deliver an outstanding employee and hiring manager experience. You will get to foster relationships and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to hire and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact. How will we measure success? - Acknowledgment and evaluation of all internal candidates within 72 hours of application - Increased cross-functional department moves - Reduced attrition of employees at inflection points in tenure - Regaining the trust and confidence of our employees and showing them that recruiting is effectively advocating for their growth **What You'll Do** - Act as a talent advisor for internal employees at Uber - Ensure that internal employees are acknowledged, evaluated, and dispositioned in a timely manner - Partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders within the internal recruiting process - Manage the entire hiring process from application review to offer acceptance - Develop recruiting strategy to fill open positions and help build an ongoing bench of qualified c
