Product Manager Company Orcrist builds the Orcrist Intelligence Platform (OIP), a Kubernetes-based data intelligence system delivered as SaaS or self-hosted/on-prem (including air-gapped deployments). We partner with defense, law-enforcement, and enterprise teams to make complex data actionable—securely and responsibly. Role As PM for the OSINT team, you own the product vision and roadmap for OIP's open-source intelligence capabilities: collection connectors, monitoring workflows, entity correlation across OSINT and internal sources, and the analyst-facing interfaces that make OSINT findings actionable and defensible. You understand OSINT from the analyst's perspective: what a good collection looks like, where provenance breaks down, how investigators pivot from an open-source signal to an investigative lead. You bring that knowledge into every product decision and use it to set a high bar for what the platform delivers. What you'll do Own the OSINT product roadmap end-to-end: collection connectors, monitoring pipelines, provenance and legal compliance, and analyst-facing exploration interfaces to solve the fragmented data problem for open-source inputs specifically. Lead discovery with operational users to understand how they use open-source intelligence today across both law enforcement and defense contexts. Define and prioritize the collection layer: which sources matter, what data needs to be extracted, how provenance is maintained, and where legal compliance constraints apply. Shape the analyst experience for OSINT workflows: how analysts monitor sources, triage incoming signals, correlate OSINT findings with internal datasets, and produce defensible outputs. Work across teams to ensure OSINT capabilities integrate cleanly into entity resolution, geospatial analysis, and reporting workflows. Define success metrics for OSINT features and track outcomes: collection coverage, signal-to-noise quality, analyst time-to-lead, and provenance completeness. Stay close to the OSINT landscape (platforms, techniques, legal developments, and community practices) and bring that context into product decisions. About You Deep familiarity with OSINT as a practitioner or product builder. You understand how analysts actually investigate using open sources, not just how collection tools work in theory. 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally in intelligence, security, or data-heavy domains with experience owning a technically complex product area end-to-end. Strong on the analyst workflow: you know what good OSINT tooling feels like from the user's side, and you use that instinct to set a high product bar. Comfortable with the legal and ethical dimensions of OSINT collection (jurisdiction-specific constraints, terms-of-service boundaries, admissibility of evidence, and data provenance requirements). Effective at working across teams: the OSINT capability touches collection, enrichment, exploration, and reporting. Data- and metrics-fluent: able to define meaningful quality metrics for collection and analyst outcomes, not just feature delivery. Eligible to work in Germany and willing to travel to Berlin and across DACH for workshops and user research. Nice‑to‑haves Hands-on experience with OSINT platforms and tooling and a strong sense of where existing tools fall short for serious investigative work. Familiarity with link analysis, entity resolution, or network analysis in an investigative context. Experience with geospatial intelligence or incident monitoring workflows (CBRN, situational awareness, threat tracking). German language (B1+) and/or experience working directly with law enforcement or defense users in Germany or the DACH region. Understanding of how OSINT evidence is handled in German or European legal contexts. Familiarity with air-gapped or on-prem deployment constraints and what they mean for collection architecture.
