Financial Reporting Manager

<p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="701" data-end="848">The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing the subsidiary’s financial reporting and accounting processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. Beyond reporting, this role acts as a business-facing finance partner, supporting product development and ongoing operations by providing clear and practical accounting guidance. The role works closely with Financial Operations, Tax, and Bank Operations to ensure accurate recording, efficient processes, and well-governed financial data.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for the subsidiary</li> <li>Prepare entity-level financial statements and management reports</li> <li>Ensure compliance with PSAK/IFRS and internal accounting policies</li> <li>Review and manage accounting entries related to operational and product transactions</li> <li>Partner with business teams to assess accounting impact of new and existing products</li> <li>Work closely with Financial Operations, Tax, and Bank Operations on end-to-end transaction flows</li> <li>Support audit processes for the subsidiary and respond to audit findings</li> <li>Develop and maintain SOPs, accounting memos, and documentation</li> <li>Provide financial analysis and accounting insights to management and business stakeholders</li> <li>Support improvements in financial systems and operational workflows</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Minimum 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting or audit at the entity level</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS and operational accounting</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Experience working closely with business and product teams</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Solid knowledge of transaction flows involving operations, tax, and banking</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Experience working with ERP or financial systems</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Strong analytical skills with attention to detail</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Able to translate accounting concepts into practical business guidance</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li> <li data-start="1742" data-end="1793">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
