<p> </p> <p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="701" data-end="848"> <p>The Senior Litigation Associate is responsible for managing and overseeing complex litigation, disputes, and regulatory enforcement matters involving Fazz. This role plays a critical part in protecting the company’s legal, financial, and reputational interests within a highly regulated fintech environment. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and regulators to ensure effective litigation management and risk mitigation.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute matters involving Fazz, including civil, criminal, commercial, and regulatory cases related to fintech, payments, lending, and digital financial services.</li> <li>Act as a key liaison between Fazz and external legal counsels, regulators, courts, and law enforcement authorities.</li> <li>Oversee litigation strategy, case preparation, and execution in collaboration with external counsels to ensure alignment with business and risk objectives.</li> <li>Review, prepare, and validate legal documents, pleadings, evidence, legal opinions, and official correspondence related to disputes and enforcement actions.</li> <li>Monitor court schedules, regulatory summons, hearings, and procedural deadlines to ensure timely and accurate compliance.</li> <li>Provide legal advice and risk assessment to internal stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Product, Operations, Finance) on dispute-related matters, investigations, and escalated customer issues.</li> <li>Support and manage responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections, investigations, and enforcement actions from OJK, BI, PPATK, and other relevant authorities.</li> <li>Drive settlement negotiations, mediation, or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes to achieve commercially sound outcomes.</li> <li>Identify litigation trends, systemic issues, and recurring dispute risks, and recommend preventive legal and operational controls.</li> <li>Maintain accurate case tracking, documentation, and reporting for management review, audit, and regulatory purposes.</li> <li>Mentor junior litigation or legal team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of dispute management processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.); Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.</li> <li>Minimum <strong>5–8 years of experience</strong> in litigation, dispute resolution, or regulatory enforcement, preferably within <strong>fintech, financial services, banking</strong>, or top-tier law firms handling regulated clients.</li> <li>Hold an active PERADI license.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Indonesian litigation procedures and court rules, including civil, criminal, and commercial proceedings.</li> <li>Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and fintech regulations, including OJK, BI, PPATK, UU ITE, and consumer protection laws.</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze legal facts, assess risks, and provide practical recommendations to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational exposure.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing litigation matters end-to-end, including coordination with external legal counsels, courts, regulators, and law enforcement authorities.</li> <li>Strong legal drafting and documentation skills, including pleadings, legal opinions, responses to summons, and official correspondence.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required for regional coordination and documentation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
