About the opportunity As a Services Consultant at Dayforce, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our workforce management solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers room for growth and development. What you'll get to do Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Implement and configure Dayforce's workforce management software to meet client specifications. Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use the software. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients, addressing any issues or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery. Skills and experience we value Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exposure in SQL, and experience in ERP application will be an advantage. Prior experience in workforce management or related field is a plus.
