Robinhood’s consumer offerings include a growing portfolio of credit card products, such as the Robinhood Gold Card and Robinhood Platinum Card. The Card Partnerships team builds and scales strategic relationships that expand the value of these products across categories like dining, health and wellness, and travel. The team partners with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams to introduce new benefits and experiences for customers. You’ll join a team that prioritizes strong relationships, thoughtful deal structuring, and delivering measurable value for both customers and partners!
As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of credit card partnerships across multiple verticals. You will collaborate with internal teams to launch and manage partnerships that deliver clear customer value and align with business priorities. This role includes identifying partners, building relationships, negotiating agreements, and scaling partnerships to support product adoption and revenue growth!
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York City, NY or Washington D.C offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
Identify and evaluate potential partners across dining, health and wellness, travel, and related categories to fuel cardholder value
Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms and implementation approach
Launch new partnerships by coordinating with product, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, compliance and operations teams
Manage ongoing partner relationships, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion
Analyze partnership performance and use data to inform decisions and improve customer value proposition
What you bring
You have 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
You have experience building and managing external partnerships, including negotiating and structuring agreements
You have worked on complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and defined business outcomes
You collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and operations teams to bring partnerships to market
You communicate clearly and manage relationships with internal and external partners in a fast-moving environment
You have experience in the credit card industry or in restaurants, hospitality, or related sectors
