The Crypto Engineering team builds and operates systems that support secure, scalable, and reliable digital asset products for millions of customers. The team focuses on blockchain integrations, transaction processing, custody systems, and platform reliability, partnering closely with Engineering and Product to improve system performance and resilience. As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex technical programs across crypto infrastructure, including blockchain integrations, transaction systems, observability, and automation. You will translate platform strategy into clear execution plans, align senior stakeholders, and improve how teams plan and deliver large-scale systems. Your work will support the stability, security, and continued growth of Robinhood’s crypto platform! This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
