Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers fabricating and testing electrical test structures (ex. MOS capacitors, MIM capacitors, FETs) for semiconductor logic and memory applications
Analyze, understand and interpret electrical test data (ex. CV, IV, Dit) to guide process development and integration of ASM's products such as ALD films
Envision, propose and drive improvements to fabrication, electrical test capabilities, measurements, data collection and automation
Develop new test structures and electrical test methodologies by partnering with various product groups for their applications
Project planning and prioritization of fabrication and electrical tests for various projects by collaborating with various stakeholders
Mentor engineers to develop their fabrication, testing, device technology and analytical skills
Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
Industry experience in hands-on fabrication, testing and analysis of semiconductor devices
Prior people management experience or technical team lead role required
Knowledge of and experience with Python coding
Skills
Strong understanding of device physics, semiconductor technology and process integration
Hands-on experience in layout design, process flow set up and cleanroom device fabrication
Experience setting up electrical test bench, device testing, analysis and interpretation of device characteristics
Expertise in scripting and handling large volumes of data for rapid and efficient data analysis
Ability to dynamically multitask and prioritize various projects based on business needs
Collaboratively work with broad cross-section of stakeholders to execute projects on time
Strong communication skills and able to clearly articulate ideas to a wide audience
