Job Description

About Fullscript We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care. That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment. We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better. This is your invitation. Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people. Join us and shape the future of care. The Team Journeys is Fullscript's practitioner-led platform for data-informed preventive care. Practitioners order biomarker panels, receive AI-assisted lab interpretations, and deliver personalized wellness plans, combining diagnostics, supplements, and ongoing monitoring into a single connected experience. Every interpretation and recommendation is reviewed and approved by the patient's practitioner, not an algorithm. Over 100,000 practitioners already use Fullscript. Journeys is how we're expanding what the platform can do, from supplement dispensing into whole-person preventive care powered by real patient data. The Role We're hiring an intermediate-level Product Designer to join the Journeys team. You'll own project work end-to-end, from design brief through shipped UI, with strategic direction set by the team's senior designer and product leadership. The goal is to scale our design production without sacrificing craft. This role works across two audiences: practitioners who configure and send Journeys, and patients who receive their results and wellness plans. The product includes AI-generated content and non-deterministic outputs, meaning you'll regularly design for content you can't fully predict or mock up in advance. You need to be comfortable reviewing real model outputs and designing flexible layouts that hold up across variable content. Note: This role requires in-office presence 1x per week at our Toronto office (68 Claremont St, near Trinity Bellwoods).
