Sr Specialist, Vendor Financial and Commitment Management

Job Description: Contract Lifecycle Management (Primary) Assist in development of primary contracts including MSA, Service Delivery Contracts, Work Orders; establish complete understanding of the critical T support negotiations targeting Cotality-favorable contractual arrangements Work closely with Legal, Finance and Business Unit(s) to assure amendments and extensions are drafted, negotiated, reviewed and approved timely and comprehensively Facilitate validation and execution process for short-term contractual arrangements using Work Order commercial construct Contract Change Management (Primary) Assist in identifying changes to the existing contracts, negotiate Cotality preferred agreement around these changes and, working closely with vendors, develop Change Requests or Amendments to the contract Assist in annual contract reviews, and annual price adjustment (COLA, productivity improvements, etc) Act as the first point of escalation for issues and disputes for contractual interpretations; engage Legal and subject-matter experts as needed Contractual Deliverables and Obligations (Primary) Perform extraction of contractual clauses Conduct categorization of contractual clauses Establish closure criterias and frequencies for deliverables Onboard vendors and internal stakeholders on the deliverable's framework Perform ongoing deliverables management Support reporting contractual compliance status to stakeholders Finance / Invoice Management (Secondary) Focus on the finance and commercial compliance aspect of vendor invoice management, working closely with the finance group Review, track, and report vendor invoices in terms of verifying the rates/FTE/transactions/ volumes per the contract; periodically track if the monthly invoicing is in line with the budget allocated for the project Assist with resolving invoice related issues or queries with the vendors or BU leaders; meet on a regular basis with the vendor to discuss charges, invoicing, and dispute Ensure future spend is properly captured so that accurate forecast can be provided Perform timely and accurate allocation of any service cost/chargeback to internal business units Update Invoice related trackers and provide dashboard reports Ensure timely escalation of issues and provide support as needed Job Qualifications: Experience : 3-5 years’ experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Deliverables and Obligations Management. Experience in Financial management is desirable. Advanced critical reasoning/thinking ability, understanding cause-effect implications, as well as worst/best case scenarios Exceptional communication, facilitation, and project management skills Strong ability to engage at all levels across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholder groups Strong ability to work effectively across functions, business units, cultures, and time-zones A sense of urgency and pace, managing milestones with the capacity to prioritize/al ...
