What will you be doing at DeepL? DeepL is scaling its go-to-market operations and evolving Salesforce into a highly reliable, AI-enabled platform that supports global revenue teams. This is not a Business Analyst role, this is a hands-on platform role where you are expected to: - Design and build solutions directly in Salesforce (declarative-first) - Improve how the platform behaves at scale - Use AI to increase speed, quality, and clarity of your work You will work across core GTM workflows (Lead → Opportunity → Q2C → Renewals), ensuring Salesforce is consistent, trusted, and scalable. You will also be expected to actively use tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code to: - Analyse requirements - Generate and refine solutions - Improve documentation and reporting - Identify edge cases and data issues faster If your current role does not involve building in Salesforce or using AI tools regularly, this is not the right position. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on platform optimisation through hands-on delivery. You will: - Own problems end-to-end (not just define them) - Build scalable declarative solutions - Improve data quality and reporting reliability - Drive consistency across GTM processes You are expected to think in systems, not tickets.
