The work We are looking for a talented ServiceNow developer to deliver world-class ServiceNow applications for our federal clients. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will also analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, work in a cross-functional agile delivery team, support testing, deployment, and documentation activities, as well as troubleshoot/resolve errors. To ensure success as a ServiceNow developer, you should have extensive experience working with ServiceNow platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class ServiceNow developer can create dynamic and scalable ServiceNow applications that meet the changing needs of the company. Here’s what you need Experience with ServiceNow development and configuration Experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules Experience with custom development and third‑party integrations Experience with report development and data migration in ServiceNow Experience conducting unit testing and managing defect resolution Experience working in Agile development environments Bonus points if you have: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Experience with GenAI, SecOps, HRSD, ITOM Eligibility requirements US Citizen Active secret clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
