Position Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join the team behind Netwrix Privilege Secure (NPS) Access Manager, a product focused on securing and managing privileged access across enterprise environments. In this role, you will contribute to building and enhancing a secure, scalable platform for access control, session management, and privileged identity workflows. You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver reliable, high-performance features that help organizations enforce least privilege and protect critical systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure, production-quality software features for access management and control Build and enhance backend services and APIs using C# and Golang Develop and maintain user interfaces using React Contribute to systems handling authentication, authorization, and privileged session workflows Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making with guidance from senior engineers Write clean, maintainable code and ensure quality through testing and code reviews Debug and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time Continuously improve system security, scalability, and reliability Qualifications & Experience Required 2–5 years of professional experience developing software applications or services Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, and system design basics Ability to independently deliver well-scoped features Programming & Frameworks Proficiency in: C# (.NET) Golang (or willingness to learn) React Core Infrastructure & Data Experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, indexing, performance basics) Experience designing and consuming REST APIs Cloud & DevOps Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Basic understanding of DevOps practices Security & Domain Knowledge Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts: OAuth2, JWT, SAML, LDAP/Active Directory Basic understanding of privileged access management (PAM) or identity systems is a plus General Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments Good written and verbal communication skills in English Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies Preferred Experience working with access control, IAM, or PAM solutions Familiarity with microservices architectures Experience with Kubernetes or cloud-native deployment patterns Experience building or supporting security-sensitive applications Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID / Azure AD) Exposure to audit logging, session monitoring, or compliance-related features Interest in automation or AI- ...
