Some of these interactions directly influence financial decisions: deposits, conversions, retention. But we don't yet have a systematic way to measure, prioritize, and scale this impact. We've started building the foundation: a P&L prototype that connects Care activity to financial outcomes, AI-assisted resolution that handles a majority of conversations, and proactive outreach experiments that show strong early conversion signals.
