Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. このロールについて Success Specialistは、Salesforce製品の価値を最大化し、お客様のビジネス成長と変革を加速させる専門家です。ビジネス、業界、および製品に関する深い専門知識を武器に、お客様と強力なパートナーシップを築き、Salesforceへの投資以上のビジネス成果（ROI）を生み出すためのナビゲーターを務めます。 Success Specialistは、1つ以上の製品（Cloud）における深いスペシャリティを持ち、複雑かつ大規模な環境（マルチクラウド等）を抱えるお客様に対し、戦略的なガイダンスを提供します。オンボーディングから高度な機能活用、さらには組織変革を促すアドバイスまで、お客様のフェーズに応じた最適な支援を提供します。また、社内の戦略的プログラムにも参画し、特定のお客様の支援を通じて得られた知見を自社内にフィードバックすることで、標準的な支援フレームワークを改善し、共通した課題をもつより多くのお客様の課題解決に貢献します。 Success Specialistは、規模や業種、活用状況もさまざまなお客様を担当します。製品と業界の両方に精通し、お客様のパートナーとして同じ目線で対話し、AIおよびデジタルの力でビジネスを変革していくことに情熱を持てる方を求めています。 私たちは、以下のようなSalesforceの製品群について1つまたは複数のスキルや経験を持つSuccess Specialistを募集しています。 Sales Cloud Service Cloud Salesforce Platform Marketing Cloud Commerce Cloud Industry Clouds Tableau MuleSoft Data 360 Slack 責任 カスタマーサクセス・メソドロジーの活用: お客様のキーマンと協力して目指すべきゴールを明確にし、現在の状況を踏まえた上で、ビジネスと技術の両面から目標達成を早めるためのアドバイスを行います。 ベストプラクティスによる定着化支援: 大規模で複雑な環境においてSalesforce製品を使いこなしていただくため、推奨事項やベストプラクティスに基づいた最適な活用方法をアドバイスし、定着を妨げる課題を解決します。 オンボーディングとロードマップ策定 ：導入初期のお客様に対し、ビジネスゴールへ最短距離で到達するための計画（ロードマップ）を作成し、早期に成果を実感いただけるよう支援します。 活用定着プランの策定: 現状と理想のギャップを分析し、目標達成までのスケジュールやユーザーへのトレーニング計画を含む、具体的で実効性の高い定着化シナリオ（Success Path）を作成します。 リスク特定と緩和: お客様の目標達成を妨げるような潜在的なリスクをいち早く特定し、関連部署と協力して実効性の高い回避策を立案・実行します。 社内連携: 営業やCSM（カスタマーサクセスマネージャー）などの関連部門と密に情報を共有し、社内のリソースを最大限に活かしてお客様の成功を多角的にサポートします。 必要なスキルと経験 IT業界におけるコンサルティング、またはカスタマーサクセス等の対面顧客支援における5年以上の経験 新しい技術への強い関心と、それらを素早く習得しビジネスに応用できる能力 お客様中心のマインドセットを持ち、複雑な課題を構造化して議論をリードできる能力 多様なステークホルダー（現場担当者、デベロッパーから経営層まで）に対し、相手の言語や視点に合わせた効果的なプレゼンテーションを行い、信頼関係を構築できる高いコミュニケーション能力 スピード感のある環境で、複数のタスクを優先順位に沿って整理し、チームと連携しながら着実に成果を出せる実行力 必要に応じて社内の専門家や関係者を自ら巻き込み、課題解決に向けて最後まで責任を持ってプロジェクトをリードできる能力 日本語 - ネイティブレベル（読み書き・口頭ともに） 英語 - ビジネスレベル（ドキュメントの読み書き、およびグローバルチームとの情報交換が可能なレベル） 望ましい資格とスキル Salesforce認定資格（各種コンサルタント資格、アドミニストレーター等） SaaS/PaaS、およびエンタープライズアーキテクチャ（サーバー、ネットワーク、データベース、セキュリティ等）に関する広範な知識 大規模な組織変革やDXプロジェクトの支援経験 Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
