Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. ＊本職種は障害者手帳をお持ちの方を対象としています。 【組織概要】 Salesforceの公共ビジネス事業開発本部（Public Sector Business Development: PSBD）は、公共のお客様がSalesforceプラットフォームを最大限に活用し、組織目標を達成できるよう支援する専門組織です。 中央省庁、地方自治体、非営利団体などの公共領域において、事業開発プランの立案・実行を担うとともに、政策提言やエコシステム形成にも関与しています。 本部は、社内の営業・コンサルティング・マーケティングなど複数部門と密に連携しながら、日本における公共DXの推進をリードする役割を担っています。 【職務概要】 本ポジションは、PSBD本部の円滑な運営を支えるオペレーションおよびアドミニストレーションの中核的役割を担います。協議会運営支援、業務オペレーションの支援、翻訳業務の3つの業務領域を関係者と連携しながら業務を推進いただきます。単なる事務処理に留まらず、業務の効率化や品質向上に主体的に関与し、公共領域における事業推進を支える重要なポジションです。 【主な役割と責任】 本部長および担当の指示に基づき、主に以下の業務を遂行していただく予定です。  ■ 組織運営・協議会運営支援 ・セールスフォースジャパン公共部門が入っている協議会・コミュニティの運営支援 ・会議会のスケジュール調整および関係者との連携 ・会議資料の準備および議事録の作成・管理 ・会議後のアクションアイテムの整理およびフォローアップ ■ オペレーション業務（発注・契約・社内手続き） ・社内プロセスに基づく発注・契約関連業務の実行 ・必要書類の確認・管理 ・各種オペレーションに関するデータ管理および可視化 ■ 翻訳業務（英語→日本語） ・本社（HQ）の製品資料の日本語翻訳 ・公共領域特有の文脈（政策・制度・行政用語等）に適した翻訳への最適化 ・AIツール等を活用した翻訳効率化および品質向上 ・顧客が理解しやすい表現への再構成 【必須スキルと経験】 ・優れたビジネスコミュニケーション能力（社内外との調整経験） ※基本的にはメールやSlackを利用したコミュニケーションです。 ・タスク・スケジュール管理能力（複数業務の並行対応） ・議事録作成やドキュメント作成の経験 ・基本的なPCスキル ・Microsoft Office / Google Workspaceの実務利用経験 ・基本的な英語読解力（翻訳ツールを活用した読み書きが可能なレベル） ・日本語でビジネスにおける高い文書作成能力 ・自律的に業務を進める能力および責任感 【望ましい条件】 ・官公庁・自治体・公共領域に関する業務経験または知識 ・プロジェクト管理または業務アシスタント経験 ・発注・契約・購買プロセスに関する実務経験 ・翻訳業務（英日）またはローカライズ経験 ・AIツールを活用した業務効率化経験 ＊選考にあたって合理的配慮が必要な方はこちらのEmailアドレス宛にお知らせください。 pwdsalesforce.com Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
