About the Role We’re looking for an Agency Development Specialist to help us build and grow our agency partnerships across 30+ markets. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, sales, and data, working closely with global and regional teams to turn insights into impactful commercial opportunities. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll help shape how we work with agencies at scale, unlocking new revenue streams and strengthening long-term partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in building and growing our agency business: Own agency planning: Support the creation of joint business plans (JBPs) with key partners, bringing together data, insights, and clear opportunities Turn data into action: Use Wolt’s first-party data to build dashboards, track performance, and generate insights agencies can use with their clients Create compelling proposals: Build presentations, media plans, and recommendations tailored to agency needs and planning cycles Drive campaign success: Monitor delivery and performance, and turn results into clear learnings and next steps Unlock new growth: Identify new revenue opportunities through agency networks and help grow existing partnerships Our Humble Expectations 3-6 years Experience working in or closely with Media agencies Strong understanding of media planning across channels (programmatic, social, retail media/commerce) Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear insights and recommendations Familiar with campaign measurement (e.g. reach, ROAS, CPA, incrementality) Strong presentation and storytelling skills Able to work across teams and markets in a fast-paced, matrix environment Solid analytical skills (Excel + data-driven thinking) Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus) Proactive, hands-on, and ownership-driven mindset What we offer At Wolt, you get the best of both worlds: the dynamic energy of a scale-up with a highly sought-after product, combined with the stability of a well-established company with strong owners and a long-term outlook.
