Role background:
As Wolt continues to grow in Germany, the volume of marketing communication across channels is increasing rapidly, from in-app placements and CRM to partner activations, promotional campaigns, and branded materials.
To maintain a consistently high creative standard while scaling our output, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist – Creative Scaling System to help us build and operate scalable creative systems.
In this role, you will work closely with the local marketing team and creative partners to ensure that our communication remains both highly creative and operationally scalable . You will lead the creative execution of many of our always-on marketing channels while also developing frameworks, templates, and processes that allow the team to produce high-quality marketing assets efficiently.
This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, scaling systems, and marketing operations , ensuring that ideas move smoothly from concept to execution while continuously improving how we create and deliver marketing assets.
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing Specialist – Creative Scaling Systems to help scale Wolt’s marketing output while maintaining a high creative standard. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution, marketing operations, and scalable content systems, helping the team bring campaigns and always-on communication to life efficiently.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Lead the creative execution of always-on marketing communication across channels such as in-app placements, CRM, and promotional campaigns.
Translate marketing objectives into high-quality creative assets that align with Wolt’s brand guidelines and creative standards.
Develop creative templates, toolkits, and scalable systems that leverage automation and AI to increase efficiency and consistency across channels.
Identify opportunities to streamline and scale creative output through improved workflows, tools, and automation, including AI solutions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and marketing managers to ensure creative assets are delivered smoothly and consistently.
Support the development of scalable creative formats and systems that enable the team to maintain a high level of creative quality across many marketing initiatives.
Explore and leverage new tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve creative workflows and efficiency.
Our humble expectations
You have 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, creative production, or creative operations, ideally in a fast-paced, high-output environment (e.g., marketplaces, e-commerce, agencies, or scale-ups)
You are hands-on and execution-driven, with a strong ability to translate marketing needs into high-quality creative assets across channels (CRM, in-app, social, campaigns)
You have experience building or working with scalable creative systems, such as templates, toolkits, or automated workflows, and understand how to balance speed, quality, and consistency
You have a solid understanding of how creative assets are built and produced (e.g., working with layered files, modular components, formats, and handovers across tools like Figma, Photoshop, or video editing software) ... (truncated, view full listing at source)
