Counsel, Commercial Transactions, Autonomous Vehicles Department: Legal Team: CLO Location: New York, United States **About the Role** We have an outstanding opportunity for a commercial transactions attorney to join Uber’s legal team as we scale Uber’s global Autonomous Mobility & Delivery business (the world’s best platform for autonomous vehicles and other emerging transportation technologies to go to market). This Counsel will own and support a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating new agreements that govern deployments across mobility and delivery use cases; interpreting, amending, and expanding existing agreements to support expanding relationships with AV companies, OEMs, fleet operators, and other ecosystem participants; and counseling business clients on data, intellectual property, regulatory, safety and privacy principles, including in global environments. You’ll also support related programs as a critical team member, working closely with cross-functional business colleagues to launch these innovative products and partnerships on the Uber platform.
