Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity https://nexxen.com/nexxen-fraud-alert-and-notice/ We are looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Manager to oversee a high volume portfolio of publishers, focusing on optimizing revenue and driving business growth on Nexxen’s Supply Side Platform (SSP). This is a unique role designed for someone who thrives on managing a vast volume of accounts and using analytical skills to identify the next big opportunity. Unlike traditional Account Management, your focus is not on high-touch daily client relations, but on identifying potential at scale. You will oversee a high-volume portfolio, implementing scalable optimizations and "scouting" for publishers that show growth signals. Once you’ve identified and groomed an account for success, you’ll transition it to our Ops teams for long-term management. What You'll Do: · Oversee and optimize a large-scale portfolio of publishers, ensuring peak performance through systematic health checks and adjustments. · Actively "scan" the portfolio to identify hidden growth patterns and high-potential partners. · Act as a dedicated publisher advocate in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with Business Development, Ad Operations, Accounting & Product teams. · Regularly communicate with Demand teams to understand inventory demands and market trends, strategically planning to maximize overall revenue. · Develop expertise in Nexxen products and technologies to identify growth opportunities. What Will I Bring: · Bachelor’s degree - required. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel. · Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. · Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new systems. · Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. · Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) · Resilient with the ability to navigate change and withstand adversity. · Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking.
