Key Responsibilities Strategic Operating Model: Define and evolve the Commerce Cloud operating model. Align vision, business goals, and resource allocation across global engineering and product cohorts. Executive Stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and EVP/SVP-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation. Operational Excellence: Drive high-cadence forums and Deep Dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met. About You Great Manager: You have a well established record of building and growing teams and managing leaders at the Sr Director level and being able to navigate personnel issues The Bridge Builder: You possess a rare ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value for non-technical stakeholders. Grace Under Pressure: You lead with composure in high-stakes environments, leaning on a sense of humor and a solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications 10–15 years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment. 5 years of people management experience at the Director level or above, with a proven track record of building high-output teams. Deep SaaS Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles (SDLC) at massive scale.
