2026 Account Management Intern, London Department: University Team: Business & Sales Location: London, United Kingdom Type: Intern The Account Management Intern operates as an Account Coordinator for some of Uber Eats’ most strategic restaurant chain partners across France. In this role, you support the teams responsible for **partner growth, retention, and long-term success** on the Uber Eats platform.These brands operate at scale and so do we. You won’t be observing from the sidelines. You’ll contribute to real revenue growth, operational excellence, and marketing performance across multi-site franchise networks. Working alongside experienced Account Managers, you’ll help drive partner performance, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen Uber’s position as a strategic growth partner  not just a delivery platform. This is a high-exposure, high-impact commercial internship at the core of our business. ## What You’ll Own & Drive ### Franchise Growth & Commercial Performance - Support franchise partners in business reviews, identifying revenue drivers and growth levers - Contribute to expansion strategies (new store launches, geographic growth) - Help frame performance narratives using data and actionable insights - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational frameworks across franchise networks ### Merchant Launch & Business Acceleration - Support onboarding and go-live of new restaurant locations - Monitor early-stage performance (sales, conversion, basket size, operational metrics) - Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to accelerate performance ramp-up ### Data-Driven Decision Making - Conduct structured performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities - Support the team with reporting dashboards and actionable insights - Use data to influence commercial strategy (SQL is a plus, not required) ### Marketing & Demand Generation - Execute marketing campaigns (promotions, visibility boosts, creative updates) - Track ROI and performance metrics post-campaign - Identify opportunities to improve partner visibility and customer acquisiti
