What you’ll do We have rapidly grown our footprint across the Asia Pacific region as our business and teams continue to grow. Our Workplace Experience role is a unique blend of managing our workplaces (including expansion) and building community in our Singapore office. Success in this role means that we can plan ahead for our office/desk needs as we grow, our office is well-stocked with snacks and drinks, and our employees have opportunities to come together as a Singapore community. You will also support our other workplace needs in other regions alongside local teams. Our team adds value by supporting people with the workspace, tools, and wellbeing initiatives for them to do their best work at Airwallex. Responsibilities: - Workspace Management: Ensure our Singapore facilities and offices are well-maintained, safe, clean, and welcoming by partnering with building management and in-house IT - Project Management: Support office expansions, new space requirements, working with the building management, and working with cross-functional teams to outfit new offices in line with Airwallex’s workplace vibe - Community Engagement: Build, drive, and execute a calendar of social, wellbeing, educational, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events for teams, actively leading the Singapore social committee, business leaders, and internal champions - Vendor Management: Maintain effective relationships with cleaning staff, building management, neighboring tenants, and other vendors to ensure seamless office operations - Budget & Invoice Management: Manage office-related budgets for snacks, drinks, events, and space; collaborate wit ...
