Our Talent Coordination team is looking for a Talent Coordination Lead to support our recruiting efforts locally and globally. The right person will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves finding solutions to problems, and can move quickly as a builder and doer in a thriving culture and will be passionate about finding ways to best support our growing Uber family.
**What You'll Do**
1. Lead a team of Talent Coordinators responsible for partnering with recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes which includes: scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, working with executive assistants, and hosting candidates when they come onsite.
2. Handle escalated employee issues from business leaders.
3. Continuously mentor and develop coordinators to ensure goals are met
4. Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure we are supporting them with bringing in phenomenal talent
5. Identify operational weaknesses and help improve existing or develop new processes to keep the Talent Coordination team scale with Uber’s growth
6. Know the numbers – drive the metrics used to evaluate TCs, including volume, speed, efficiency and quality.
7. Set a high bar for the team to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete processes and execution plans, adapt quickly, be biased toward action
**Basic Qualifications**
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business / human resources
