As Product Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, and Marketing to identify new business opportunities and prioritize product initiatives. You will be pivotal in ensuring that Uber maintains its position as the safest and most trusted transportation choice, supporting both riders and drivers with empathy and care. **About the Safety Team** The mission of the Safety product group is for Uber to be the safest and the most trusted transportation choice and support riders and drivers with empathy and care when things go wrong. The Product Operations Specialist supporting this Area will play a key role in bringing this mission to life, partnering with key stakeholders throughout the Company to ensure we develop products that our customers want and need. Our group of product teams build a diverse array of products to serve a wide range of customers - everything from drivers, couriers, riders and eaters. Our products touch 100% of global trips and create innovative solutions requiring tight coordination of hardware, software and operations. About You: You are a highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow. You excel in complex, global environments and are adept at leading teams to execute with excellence. Your leadership skills and business acumen make you a key player in driving Uber’s product operations forward. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
